Pleased that we chose this hotel for our stay and would go back.

We had a wonderful week staying at the hotel. Perfect location in the old town right next to the cathedral. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a splendid roof terrace with a well stocked honesty bar.Bed and room were really comfortable. Breakfast was delighted. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Excellent location for restaurants and shopping though set in a very quiet quaint street in the historical old town. Cleaning of room and quality of breakfast on offer was of a very high standard. All staff were a pleasure to engage with and when we experienced a couple of minor issues during our stay the staff went above and beyond to rectify. 10/10+++

Friendly staff, wonderful location!

The room was clean and very quiet. I liked the rooftop breakfast area.

I didn’t love having to pick a breakfast time in advance but I understand with the small hotel and staff. I would have liked coffee to be available earlier.

Really nice place to stay. Very relaxing atmosphere and a extremely quiet hotel. Decent breakfast freshly cooked to order. Staff very friendly. Bit of a walk to the beach if that's what you're looking for is only thing I'd mention

Very Good

The location was excellent. The roof garden was comfortable with various types of seating, a plunge pool and an honesty bar. The waiter service breakfast was very good.

Facilities for making hot drinks during the day were very limited. There was a coffee machine, but no way to make tea.

Really good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Rooftop terrace really lovely.

We got a bit too hot overnight and the aircon was a bit noisy.

Exceptional staff, great location - we'll be back!

We loved our stay at Veintiuno, the staff were incredible and facilitated our every need. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby (El Santo was our favourite). Aside from the excellent staff, the rooftop area was our highlight. Lovely pool and lounge area with lots of seating options and an honesty bar. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location for a city break.

Central location and easy to find from the airport bus service. Lovely historic setting with a variety of bars/restaurants close by, including museums and jazz/music club. Short walk to the commercial shops and other cafes/restaurants in town. Lots of relaxed time spent on the rooftop terrace and pool area.

Everything was lovely the staff, the breakfast, the location and the room ........there was nothing not to like. The roof top terrace was a fabulous place to relax and chill after a busy day exploring.

Lovely place, just next time with a view.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the roof was lovely, and it was very close to historic sites.

The design of the hotel is like a Moroccan Riad, with a courtyard enclosed as an atrium. My room had a window into the courtyard hallway- that was frosted, so no real view- and very little fresh air unless I opened the window to the hallway and heard all the noise there- so it was not ideal/ It was a lovely room, but a room with a window and view was important to me and I did not get that. They do have some rooms with views but not many.

Very classy small hotel in a superb location.

Gorgeous roof garden and honesty bar. Superb breakfast. Excellent location in the shadow of the Cathedral. Lovely staff.

My only observation relates to the partial frosting of the glass around the bathroom area. It would have been much nicer if the glass were opaque down to ground level.
